Sylvia Sloane

Sylvia Sloane, age 93, of St. Paul, passed away January 17, 2013. Preceded in death by husband, Samuel I. Sloane; parents, David & Sarah Siegel; and sister, Eva Shapiro. Beloved mother of, Debbie (Ed) Chesen, David (Ellen) Sloane, Sheryl Sloane (Jim Wagner); cherished grandmother of, Danny (Lisa) Rothstein, Geoffrey Rothstein, Bryan (Leslie) Sloane, Laura Sloane and cherished great-grandmother of, Asher Rothstein and Marc Sloane; sister-in-law, Faye Sloane and Robert. The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Jan Lieberman for her unequaled caring and compassion. Funeral service SUNDAY 11 AM, TEMPLE OF AARON SYNAGOGUE, 616 S. Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Samuel I. Sloane Veterans Memorial Fund @ Temple of Aaron Synagogue or donor’s favorite charity.
