Sarah Rebecca Shapiro

Sarah Shapiro, age 97 of St. Louis Park, passed away Aug. 15, 2016. Preceded in death by loving husband of 75 years, Harry, parents Harry & Gertrude Binder; siblings, Irving Binder and Fay Binder Kelber. She is survived by daughter Debi Shapiro Duke; grandson Alexander Mann; son Robert Shapiro; brother Dr. Manuel Binder; sister May Binder Kelber and many nieces and nephews. Sarah was a longtime volunteer at the Mpls Children’s Hospital and a trusted real estate agent who helped many families find a home. Graveside service 2 pm MONDAY at BETH EL MEMORIAL PARK, 38th and Winnetka Ave. N., Crystal. Memorial preferred to Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
