Robert A. Spizman Obituary (1941 - 2022)

Robert A. Spizman, age 80 of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2022 with his family at his side. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Raleigh; parents, Morris and Ionne; and brother, Sheldon Spizman. Survived by daughter Brenda (Benhoor) Soumekh; granddaughters, Lisa and Tobie Soumekh; brother, Howard (Rose) Spizman; and many loving nieces and nephews. A respected business leader in the produce industry, he was the founder of Metro Produce Distributors and served as President of the company until his retirement in 2018. His family will miss his great sense of humor and unconditional love. Memorials preferred to donor's favorite charity. Private services were held.
