Leonard Getzkin
Age 97 of Edina, passed away March 22, 2021. Lenny was a proud Veteran, who served his country in the Navy in both World World II, and the Korean War. Preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Beatrice; parents, Leon and Clara Getzkin; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Samuel and Lena Beers; brother, David Getzkin; brothers-in-law, Emil, Carl, Joe and Pacey Beers, Sheldon Masnek. Survived by children, Eileen (Michael) Kopman, Michael (Helen) Getzkin, Jeffrey (Nancy) Getzkin, Mike (Sarah) Badower; grandchildren, Jeremy (Emily), Daniel, Shari (Ben), Melissa (Josh), David, Adam, Ben, Eli; great-grandchildren, Max, Luna, Bayla and Rafi; sister, Sally Masnek; sister-in-law, Clara Watchman; special friend, Marilyn Karasov; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
