Joseph Beers, age 93, of St. Louis Park, passed away March 9, 2016. Preceded in death by siblings, Karl, Emil, Pacey, and Bea. Survived by sons, Scott Beers (Kathryn Sedo), Brian Beers (Tamee), and Craig; grandchildren, Kimberlie, Michelle, Alex, Carissa, Kirby, and Caden; sister, Clara “Ockey” Watchman. Graveside service FRIDAY 1 PM, MINNEAPOLIS JEWISH CEMETERY, 70 ½ & Penn, Richfield. Memorials preferred to Sholom Home or donor’s favorite charity. Immediately following the burial; a gathering of family & friends will take place at Sholom Home West, 3620 Phillips Pkwy, St. Louis Park.
