Janis Sharon (nee Glickman) Propper Obituary (1931 - 2014)

Janis Sharon (nee Glickman) Propper, age 82, of Edina, passed away September 5, 2014, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was a lover of books, history, politics and truly loved spending time with her family. Every get-together was a celebration. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Harry & Mary Glickman. Janis is survived by her children Julie Lepor (former son-in-law Glenn), Ilene Propper, Cathy Propper (John Rummel), grandchildren Harrison (Laura), Joni (Adam) and Andrea, and great-grandchildren Meir, Dovid, and Moshe. We'd like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses and Hospice staff at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital and Baywood Home Care for their professional and compassionate care, especially Lisa, Dawn, Julie and Elizabeth. Funeral service 12:00 p.m. SUNDAY, September 7, 2014, at the UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 2605 W. 70 ½ St., Richfield. Memorials can be directed to the donor's preferred charity.
