Harvey Soltan

Harvey Soltan was born in St. Paul, MN on October 4, 1926 and passed at age 91. He was an extremely talented individual, but most of all he was a loving husband of 70 years, devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Harvey had many talents and interests in which he excelled, including fishing, photography, baking, woodworking and designing and tooling leather goods. Harvey joined the Navy and following his service, he met the love of his life, Rita. They married and lived in Minneapolis where they began their family, supporting them through life’s ups and downs. Harvey is survived by daughters, Eve Perlman and Terry Krider Kleinbaum (Rick); grandchildren, Justin Perlman (Marielli Cardona), Josh Perlman (Allison), Sandra Feist (Ben), Bradley Krider (Shanna Ajsenberg), and Laura Krider; great-grandchildren, Alma and Rafael Cardona-Perlman, Brennan and Harper Feist, and Haylee and Danielle Krider, and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family wishes to thank Harvey’s incredible caregivers, Eunice and Grace, Fairview Hospice and the very caring staff at Roitenberg. His life was enriched because of them. Harvey will be greatly missed by all. Funeral services will be held at 2PM on THURSDAY, March 29th at ADATH CHESED SHEL EMES, 3724 Winnetka Avenue North, 55427.
