Grace Richter

Age 93 of St. Louis Park, died August 1, 2019. Born in St. Paul, Grace adored spending time with her sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved going to movies, doing crossword puzzles and meeting friends at the JCC for exercise and lunch. Not one to miss a bargain, you’d often spot her car, with its “BAUBIE” license plates, at estate sales. Grace was a talented and prolific artist who filled her home, and those of her friends and family, with her beautiful oil paintings and watercolor greeting cards. Preceded in death by her husband, Sherman; twin sister, Roselee (Sidney) Haskovitz; sister, Ruth (Paul) Weinblatt; and nephew, Maurice (Mickey) Weinblatt. Survived by sons, Allen and Steve (Shelley Zaun) Richter; grandchildren, Heather Sennett, Zachary (Becka), Max, Noah, Haley and Amelia; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Sherman and Emma Grace Sennett. Funeral service 12:00 PM (NOON) SUNDAY August 4th at MINNEAPOLIS JEWISH CEMETERY CHAPEL, 7032 Penn Ave S., Richfield. SHIVA 7:00 PM Sunday at Steve & Shelley’s home.
