Dr. Sol Austrian Obituary (1920

Dr. Sol Austrian, age 87 of West Palm Beach, Florida and St. Paul. Died peacefully at his home in Florida surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Bette, parents, Edith & Paul Austrian, and sisters, Ceil (Sam) Silver and Shirley (Marvin) Leed. Beloved father of Susan Austrian & Mark Dillon, Mona & Jeff Winston, Kim Austrian & Howard Simon. Devoted grandfather of Brad and Todd Levinson, Michael Winston, Joey Simon, Stew Simon and Dana Horwich. Also survived by brother Herman Austrian. Dr. Austrian served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army during WWII in the South Pacific, and practiced medicine in St. Paul for over 40 years specializing in pediatrics and allergy, he later retired to Florida. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. Funeral service WEDNESDAY 11:00 AM, TEMPLE OF AARON SYNAGOGUE, 616 South Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul.
