Fred A. Lyon, M.D., age 81, passed away Feb. 10, 2010 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by his wife, Naomi; daughter, Heidi (John Lardy) Wagner; sons, Daniel (Kristi), and Gregory (Ann) ; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 3 nieces and their families. Preceded in death by his mother, father, aunt, and sister. Private family service. No shiva.
