Corrinne Joyce (Galinson) Birnberg Obituary (1932 - 2014)

Corrinne Joyce (Galinson) Birnberg, age 81 of Minneapolis, died peacefully February 26, 2014 after a brief illness. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, sister-in-law, cousin and aunt. Corrinne is preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Reuben; parents, Louis & Kay Galinson; and brother, Murray Galinson. Survived by daughter, Joanne Birnberg; son and daughter-in-law, Gary & Dea Birnberg; granddaughters, Katarine and Lucy; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside service FRIDAY 2:00 p.m. at the TEMPLE OF AARON CEMETERY, Dale at Larpenteur, Roseville. (A memorial tribute will be held at a later date) In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Louis & Kay Galinson Scholarship Fund at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation or the Galinson Fund at Sholom Foundation.
