Albert Nahmani

Albert Nahmani, age 75, of San Diego, California, formerly of Rockville, Maryland and Kibbutz Tze'elim in Israel, passed away at home on March 25, 2022. Albert was born and raised in the spiritual city of Fez, Morocco. He spoke five languages and lived on four continents. As a young man, Albert studied and performed in avant-garde theater, did graduate work in transpersonal psychology, and participated in and facilitated J. Krishnamurti groups for over 15 years. Albert also was a socially-responsible entrepreneur, business and vocational school owner, and teacher. He helped many others develop their own service businesses. In his later years, he dedicated himself entirely to family and to sharing about how he viewed our essence, Consciousness. He was a creative, loving, and passionate person who felt connected to all people and all things in this world. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Mardoche and Esther Nahmani; and his brother, Isaac Nahmani. He is survived by his beloved wife of 24 years, Terri Lapinsky, originally of St. Paul, his adored sons and their wives, Marc and Lauren Ashbaugh Nahmani and Ari and Yamit Taragan Nahmani, and his five precious grandchildren: Mateo, Genevieve, Einav, Noa and Orly. Also survived by his devoted siblings, Dody, Rosette and Sylvain, and dear sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joyce and Richard, as well as many close nieces, nephews, family and friends around the world.
